With a corporate background in marketing, Phoebe recognised that there are small (& not so small) organisations that need adaptive creative support. Having spent much of her career as a strategic & creative all-rounder, she wanted to demystify good design for business owners & leaders. She has since worked with clients across a wide range of industries, from startups to FTSE100s. She takes an agile approach, working efficiently with in-house teams, effectively source & manage teams of skilled freelancers, & independently spearheading projects from the ground up. She is able to recruit on a project basis from a network of skilled creatives, from motion designers to web developers, to complement her skills, depending on the needs of your project.
