  • Is there a minimum order amount?

    No, there is no minimum amount. We consider projects of all sizes, both corporate & private. Reach out to find out how we can help.

  • What platforms do you use for business website?

    I’m a modular web design specialist, which means I’m able to work across a range of platforms, including Squarespace, Wix, HubSpot, Shopify, Wordpress, & Framer.

  • Do I need to hire an SEO specialist for my website?

    No, I offer SEO optimisation as standard with all website projects. If you would like to hire an SEO specialist, I can collaborate with them directly

  • Can you provide a quote for our project?

    Absolutely - just drop us an email at hello@phoebeperson.com & we can provide you with a detailed quote.

  • Do you take wedding design projects?

    Yes! We not only offer custom wedding stationery, but also signage, decor, & wedding website design across Squarespace, Wix, Framer, Canva, & Wordpress.

  • Do I need to find my own print supplier?

    No, we work with some of the highest-quality print providers, both in the UK & globally to reduce the carbon footprint of each project. We endeavour to source suppliers local to our clients wherever possible.

  • I want to print the project myself, can I do that?

    Yes, just let us know that you’d prefer to organise your own printing.

  • Do you take private commissions for artwork?

    Yes, we do take private commissions, depending upon availability. These can be undertaken as digital projects, or in traditional media as a physical piece.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! Our studio is based in Twickenham in South London, but we are able to deliver projects or ship prints across the world. We’ve already worked with several clients across the USA in particular.

  • Which email marketing platforms do you use?

    For client email marketing campaigns I can work across most major CRMs or email marketing software, including Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Shopify, Squarespace & Wix.

  • Do you offer stationery foiling or hand-gilding?

    Yes! We offer metallic foiling, foil illustration, & hand-gilding as part of our bespoke stationery services for private & corporate clients.
