Choosing the Right Web Platform for Your Business - Squarespace vs. Wix

I’ve recently spoken with several business owners who were struggling to figure out which no-code web platform was right for their orgs.

For most, it boils down to Squarespace vs. Wix, often with a few other honourable mentions thrown in (Wordpress, Shopify, HubSpot, & the new kid on the block, Framer). There's a good reason for this that goes beyond competitive marketing - both offer simplicity in slightly different forms.

There are some subtle differences which affect how I make platform recommendations to my clients, & they're all about how the customer will be using them:

✦ What's the product or service?
✦ How will it be sold?
✦ Are there plans to expand the product offering?
✦ Are there existing platforms that need integration?
✦ What role do platforms currently have in my client's workflow?
✦ How will my client interact with the system day-to-day?
✦ Who in the team will need access?

After the consultation I'll provide all the relevant details for each platform, including integration capabilities & projected costs to the client & make my recommendation, which they can then use to make an informed decision as to which web platform is right for them. I’ve also included my list of key metrics below to help you make this decision yourself if you find yourself in the same boat.
